Crispy Biscoff Cups


Vegan Crispy Biscoff Cups are a delectable blend of crunchy and creamy, featuring a sweet Biscoff cookie crust enveloping a luscious plant-based filling. The crispy texture of the cups perfectly complements the smoothness of the Biscoff-flavored interior, creating a delightful contrast with each bite. Ingredietns:

For 5 Cups

  1. 150 gr dark chocolate
  2. 1 tbsp coconut oil
  3. 30 gr rice Krispies or puffed rice(healthier)
  4. Biscoff spread


Instructions:

  • Melt the chocolate together with the coconut oil. Then stir in the rice Krispies/puffed rice.
  • Add 1/2 of the melted chocolate mixture in 5 silicone or paper muffin tins and place in the freezer for about 10 minutes or until firm.
  • Then add 1 tsp biscoff spread in each cup and cover with the remaining melted chocolate mixture.
  • Place back in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  • Store in the fridge or freezer.
