Choc Almond Fudge Cups


Choc Almond Fudge Cups are a decadent fusion of rich chocolate and creamy almond goodness, harmonizing into bite-sized delights. The velvety dark chocolate shell encases a luscious almond fudge center, creating a perfect balance of textures and flavors. Indulge in these irresistible cups for a blissful treat that satisfies both the sweet tooth and nutty cravings.


Ingredients:

For the Base:

  1. 1 cup Dates (soaked)
  2. 1 cup Almonds
  3. 1/4 cup Chocolate Protein Powder
  4. Pinch of Salt

For the Fudge:

  1. 1/2 cup Almond Butter
  2. 1/3 cup Coconut Oil
  3. 1/4 cup Maple Syrup


Instructions:

  • Add base ingredients to a blender Blend until mixture is combined and forms a thick dough consistency.
  • Press into silicone muffin moulds and set aside in the fridge.
  • Made fudge by adding almond butter, coconut oil and maple syrup to a bowl and microwaving for 45 seconds.
  • Pour over the top of the bases and return to the fridge for at least 30 minutes to set.
  • Optional: too with chopped almonds and cacao nibs.
  • Store in the fridge for 4-5 days. Can also be frozen and left in the fridge to soften before eating.
