Ingredients:
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 1 avocado
- Soy yogurt or creme fraiche
- Chili, salt and pepper
- Lime or lemon
- Sesame seeds and basil
Instructions:
- Cut potatoes in half length wise.
- Place on a baking tray and bake in the oven in 20-25 mins at 175C hot air until soft.
- Allow to cool.
- Serve with avocado, yogurt, basil, sesame seeds, chili, lemon, salt and pepper.
