Ingredients:
- 200 g fresh beetroot⠀
- 3 tbsp tahini⠀
- 1/2 cup water⠀
- 1 tbsp lemon juice⠀
- 250 g canned chickpeas⠀
- 2 tbsp olive oil⠀
- Salt & pepper
Instructions:
- Cut the beetroot in half and boil for 10 minutes.⠀
- Place the beetroot in a food-processor and process until creamy.⠀
- Add in tahini, water and lemon juice and process for another 2 min.⠀
- Add in chickpeas, salt & pepper and process until creamy.⠀
- Top with olive oil & pepper and seeve with vegggies or bread.
