Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cup of plain unsweetened coconut yogurt⠀
  2. 1/2 block of greek style vegan cheese ⠀
  3. The juice of 1/2 lemon⠀
  4. A generous crack of black pepper ⠀
  5. A small bunch of fresh thyme⠀
  6. A small bunch of fresh oregano


Serve with:

  1. Slices of sourdough ⠀
  2. Cucumber ribbons ⠀
  3. Sliced cherry tomatoes ⠀
  4. Drizzle of extra virgin olive oil⠀


Instructions:

  • Place the coconut yogurt, vegan feta, lemon juice, herbs and black pepper in a bowl.
