Ingredients:

- 100 g oat flour
- 50 g buckwheat flour
- 15 g cocoa powder
- 45 g tapioca flour
- 250 ml almond milk
- 400 ml sparkling water
- 2 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
- Filling: dark chocolate spread from peanuts + bananas
Instructions:
- Place all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Mix all wet ingredients in a separate bowl, then add to the dry ingredients.
- Let this stand for 5 minutes. Heat some oil in a frying pan.
- Bake the crepes for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Spread them with the vegan chocolate spread and place a banana on top.
- Spread some peanuts on top as well. Roll up the crepe and cut in half.
