Double Chocolate and Sniker Crepes

Ingredients:

(3-4 servings)

  1. 100 g oat flour
  2. 50 g buckwheat flour
  3. 15 g cocoa powder
  4. 45 g tapioca flour
  5. 250 ml almond milk
  6. 400 ml sparkling water
  7. 2 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
  8. Filling: dark chocolate spread from peanuts + bananas


Instructions:

  • Place all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • Mix all wet ingredients in a separate bowl, then add to the dry ingredients.
  • Let this stand for 5 minutes. Heat some oil in a frying pan.
  • Bake the crepes for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Spread them with the vegan chocolate spread and place a banana on top.
  • Spread some peanuts on top as well. Roll up the crepe and cut in half.
