Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 cups self-raising flour
- 1 cup yoghurt
- 1 tbsp nigella seeds
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp turmeric
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
- Mix well, until combined. Then, use your hands to form a large ball of dough.
- On a floured surface, roll your dough into a naan shape.
- Put some oil on a skillet/frying pan and keep at a medium-high heat.
- Place naan on pan and cook until you see air bubbles on the surface, and then flip over.
- Once cooked, brush with some melted butter and sprinkle with coriander.
