Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup medjool dates, pitted
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 2 medjool dates, pitted
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1.5 cups pecan chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease rectangular pan with coconut oil.
- Process the dates, almond flour and coconut flour into a huge dough.
- Place dough in the rectangular pan and press to cover the entire surface.
- In a food processer mix the rest of the ingredients, except the pecans.
- Stir in the pecans.
