Veggie Fritters

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup of noodles⁣
  2. 1/2 cup of grated carrots ⁣
  3. 3 spring onion, chopped ⁣
  4. 1/3 cup of flour⁣
  5. 2 tbsp soy sauce ⁣
  6. 1 flaxseed egg
  7. 1 tsp minced garlic ⁣


Instructions:

  • In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together⁣.
  • Heat some oil in a frying pan.
  • Add a tbsp of the batter in the pan and flatten with the back of a spoon.
  • Fry on both sides for a few minutes until golden brown.
