Ingredients:
- 1 cup of noodles
- 1/2 cup of grated carrots
- 3 spring onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup of flour
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 flaxseed egg
- 1 tsp minced garlic
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
- Heat some oil in a frying pan.
- Add a tbsp of the batter in the pan and flatten with the back of a spoon.
- Fry on both sides for a few minutes until golden brown.
